Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Refunds
Once the issue is verified, we will process a refund or replacement based on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
